SALT LAKE CITY - The University of Utah volleyball program has added a pair of freshmen to its roster, head coach Beth Launiere announced Monday. Setter Kendall Cygan and defensive specialist Amanda Wasko will join the Utes for the 2012 season.

"Kendall and Amanda both bring a vast amount of volleyball experience to their respective positions," Launiere said. "They will add depth to the setting and defensive specialist positions for our 2012 team and beyond. Not only are they both good volleyball players, but they are both good students and people who will add value to the culture of the program."
