The Wildcats are currently 1-3 on the road and are coming off back-to-back victories against Utah State (7-0) and Grand Canyon (6-1) in a double header. Arizona has defeated three ranked teams, the highest being 41st-ranked Minnesota, while its five losses have all come to ranked teams. Wildcat No. 34 junior Lacey Smyth has a 12-1 dual-match record at the No. 1 singles position, including wins over three ranked opponents, the highest being No. 25. Like Utah, Arizona is a young team with no seniors on the roster.
