SALT LAKE CITY - The University of Utah softball team's home games against BYU on Friday and Saturday at Ute Softball Field have been canceled due to inclement weather.
Utah will play a doubleheader against BYU at Gail Miller Field in Provo, Utah on Saturday, May 14. Game one will start at 2 p.m.
The Utes are in the midst of a season-long seven-game win streak and have won 10 of their last 11 outings. Utah is 22-16 this season and blew past the .500 mark with a 4-1 outing last week and finished its first homestand of the 2011 season with a 7-1 record.
Utah opens Mountain West Conference play next Thursday (April 14) at San Diego State. First pitch from SDSU Softball Stadium is set for 6 p.m. PT.
