"This was another good win on the road for us in conference play, which is important in our goal of winning the conference championship. I was happy with the way we regrouped at halftime and came out in the second half with spirit and a much-improved effort. Tracy Stratton and Amber Brower did a great job for us. Michelle Deatherage and Melissa Wayman, along with Ashley Mason in goal, kept San Diego State's attack at bay and really kept them away from the goal."
