2008 Canadian Olympian hopes to break into Utah's all-around lineup ... after a great freshman campaign, she expects to contend for All-America honors on vault, bars and floor.
2011-NCAA Regional co-champion on vault (9.90) and floor (9.90) ... season highs of 9.90 on vault and floor (3 times) and 9.875 on bars ... hit all six routines at nationals, scoring a 9.85 on floor both nights ... 9.85 floor score in NCAA prelims was tied for ninth in the evening session ... hit 42-43 routines (only fall was on beam in first career all-around) ... seven victories ... MWC Scholar-Athlete also made the Dean's List and Athletic Director's Honor Roll.
Prior to Utah
Competed for Canada in the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games ... at the 2008 Canadian Championships, she placed first on vault, second on bars and fourth on floor ... other major international competitions included the 2006 Pacific Alliance Championships, the 2006 Junior Pan Am Championships, the 2007 World Championships and the 2008 Pac Rim Championships ... competed in her first Canadian Championship in 2002 as a novice ... moved up to the junior ranks in 2004 ... in 2006, while still eligible as a junior, she competed as a senior at the Canadian Championships, taking first on bars and vault, second on floor, and third in the all-around and on beam ... finished fifth in the all-around at the 2009 Elite Canada meet ... trained at Gymnix for coaches Katerine Dussault, Francine Bouffard and Pierre Privé ... graduated from École Secondaire Antoine-de-Saint-Exupéry school, where she won the 2008 Alexandre Despatie Student-Athlete Award.
