The win improved Utah to 6-0 in the WAC and 15-0 overall, equalling the second-longest winning streak in school history. Air Force fell to 5-11 and 0-6 in the league.
Angie Thill also scored 23 points for the Utes, equalling a career high by going 10-of-13 from the field in 24 minutes of play. Alli Bills, who was honored for becoming the WAC's all-time assists leader at Colorado State on Sunday, had eight points, eight rebounds and nine assists.
"I'm really happy for both Julie and Alli," said Ute head coach Elaine Elliott. "Tonight was a special moment for both of them."
Laura Ross Allen tied a career high with nine boards and tossed in seven points. Lindsay Sodja had eight points in15 minutes off the bench.
Krommenhoek surpassed the WAC career scoring mark, recording her 18th point with with a three-pointer at the 16:40 mark in the second half. She now has 1,854 points. The old mark was 1,848 set by Colorado State's Teresa James from 1992-96.
Krommenhoek tied the Jon M. Huntsman Center single-game record with six three-pointers and broke the JMHC single-game record with 15 three-point attempts. As a team, Utah tied both the Utah and JMHC records with 12 threes and broke both the school and facility marks with 26 three-point attempts.
Utah shot 64.3 percent from the floor in the second half to score 53 points, its largest offensive output in a half this season. The Utes outshot Air Force 54.5 to 29.3 percent for the game and had a 48 to 31 edge on the boards.
Elycia Hall led Air Force with 16 points. Sara Fortna and Mollie Peters had 12 and 10 points, respectively. Peters added eight boards.
After leading 44-31 at the half, Utah opened the second half with 12-0 run over the first three minutes .
"We shot the ball very well tonight," said Elliott. "It was nice to see everyone, one through 13, come out and shoot that well. We didn't really make a commitment to make every play in the first half. We turned it up at the start of the second half, and that was the difference."
