On tonight's performance:
"We practice really hard. I put a lot of trust in [Coach Levrets] and he trusts me. When he says things, I don't believe it until I see it and tonight I saw it."
On the opponents level:
"I think it's easy for anyone to get distracted, but for a team like this and coaches like we have, we focus on what we need to and not get off the path."
On tonight's success:
"The practice leading up to this and the past couple weeks leading up to this have helped us come together. We played hard like we did in practice and it shows in a game like this."
On her performance:
"When we executed, shots just opened up and I happened to get the ball for it."
Interim Head Coach Anthony Levrets
On previous games:
"We went through a traumatic thing. We talk about it; it was an emotional thing that happened to our team. We played eight games in 16 days of brutal schedule. Defensively, being so young, not having that practice time, we went from being in the top 15 in the country in the statistical categories to being sixth in our conference. So having nine days, we gave them three full days away from basketball. We then had very productive practices. Most of them were eager learners. I think our effort tonight was a lot better for longer stretches."
On changes to the starting lineup:
"It was a decision we made as a staff. We need to be great defensively and that group gives us the best chance. Diana's size inside, her defensive ability, rebounding and blocking and Rachel coming off the bench gave us flexibility."
