PROVO, Utah - The University of Utah men's tennis team concluded their third day at the BYU Invitational. The Utes fared well in the doubles when senior Roeland Brateanu and freshman Miron Mann beat freshman Nick Coutts and freshman Jason Yap (8-3). Brateanua and Mann will play in the doubles finals on Saturday.
In the singles, sophomore Tomasz Grzyb defeated Brateanu in the quarterfinals (2-6, 6-3, 7-5). In the semifinals Brateanu fell to Erik Nyman of BYU (6-3,7-5).
