Salt Lake City - The University of Utah men's tennis team wrapped up the regular season by shutting out Northern Colorado 7-0 yesterday at the Salt Lake Tennis Club. Utah ended the season with a 14-7 overall record and a 1-4 mark in the Mountain West Conference.

Utah swept the doubles matches, earning a one-point lead. Then the Utes cruised to a 7-0 victory by winning six singles matches in straight sets. Senior Chad Robbins stepped into the lineup and picked up a (6-3, 6-3) win over Jeremy Behm-Meyer at No. 6.

Up next, the men's tennis team heads into the Mountain West tournament on April 28 in Colorado Springs, Colo.
