Nick Micek will be a senior on the Utah golf team next season.

BOUNTIFUL -- University of Utah golfer Nick Micek tied for fourth place at the Bountiful Ridge Amateur, held at the Bountiful Ridge Golf Club, on May 21.
Micek, who will be a senior on the Ute golf squad next season, carded a 71 in the one-day event. He was just one stroke out of third place and two strokes out of second place.
Micek played in six events last season for Utah. His top finish was a 17th-place finish at the SUU Thunderbird Invitational last season.
