The Utah men's golf team finished in ninth place at the Falcon-Cross Creek Invitational. Jim McGregor, a senior transfer from Utah State, led the UTes by shooting four over par to finish at 20th.
Utah freshman newcomer Brock Padilla finished at 24th with a five over par three round total. Other Participants for the U. included John Owen (47th), Chris Riding (60th) and Jon Morgan (71st).
The tournament was hosted by the Air Force Academy and played in Colorado Springs, Colo. on the Eisenhower-Blue Course.
