SIMI VALLEY, Calif. - The Utah golf team is in fourth-place after two rounds of the Countrywide Intercollegiate. Utah shot a team score of 582 (288-294), leaving them 10-strokes back of leader Cal State-Stanislaus. Luke Swilor shot a two-under-par, 142 (73-69) to lead the Utes. Swilor is in sixth, only four-stokes off the lead.
Garrett Clegg added a one-under, 143 (69-74) and is in a tie for eighth. Casey Fowles is in 25th with a two-over, 146 (70-76), while Nick Summers added a nine-over, 153 (76-77) and Nick Micek shot a 15-over, 159 (84-75).
The final round of competition will begin on Tuesday morning at the Wood Ranch Golf Club.
