HONOLULU - Utah completed the first round at the Burns Invitational Wednesday, claiming 20th place after 18 holes at twelve-over-par. Fellow Mountain West school UNLV leads the tournament at 11-under-par.
Chance Cota leads the team at one-over-par after firing a 73 Wednesday. Dustin Pimm ended the day at two-over-par. Michael Drake leads all golfers at seven-under-par.
Play will resume Thursday, concluding Friday.
