SALT LAKE CITY -
Although tickets still remain for Utah's season-opening football game against Utah State on Thursday, Aug. 28, Ute director of athletic ticket sales Dave Copier expects a sell-out. As of Monday afternoon, about 7,000 tickets remained, but phone and walk-up sales were heavy. He encourages fans hoping to come to the game purchase tickets in advance. They may call the ticket office at 801-581-UTIX, visit the ticket office in the Huntsman Center or order over the Internet at www.UtahUtes.com (choose the ticketing option).
