More than 20,000 season tickets have been sold for Utah Football at Rice-Eccles Stadium this year.

SALT LAKE CITY -- The University of Utah Ticket office has announced that season ticket purchases have surpassed the mark of 20,000. That number represents the most season tickets sold since the 2000 season.
The 20,000-plus season tickets have also bettered the 2004 mark of 19,700 and are within 1500 of the all-time mark of 21,510 set in 1998. There are still season tickets available in most sections of Rice-Eccles Stadium.
Also, starting on Monday, August 8th, the general public will be able to purchase single-game tickets for all six home football games. The prices range from $15-$38 per seat. Starting this year all seats, including the north end zone, will be reserved seating.
The U of U Box Office is open from 10 a.m. through 6 p.m. Monday-Saturday. Tickets may be oredered on-line at www.utahtickets.com or phone at (801) 581-UTIX.
