Utah fans are snapping up U. football tickets.

SALT LAKE CITY -
The University of Utah athletics ticket office has already sold 2,500 more season tickets than last year's 22,378 total and that number is growing by about 50 customers per day, according to Ute director of ticketing Dave Copier.
Single-game tickets for the first five home games are now on sale, as well. Tickets for the Utah-BYU game on Nov. 20 will go on sale on Sept. 13. Buying tickets has never been easier for Ute fans, with a new ticket office location at the stadium and a new website both up and running. The athletics ticket office is now located at the Southwest corner of Rice-Eccles Stadium. Utah's new state-of-the-art on-line ticketing system is located at www.utahtickets.com on the Internet.
