Star Lotulelei has been named to the Bronco Nagurski and Outland Trophy watch lists.

SALT LAKE CITY--Utah senior defensive tackle Star Lotulelei was named to the Bronko Nagurski and Outland Trophy watch lists today, bringing his watch list total to three. The Nagurski Trophy is presented to the nation's outstanding defensive player while the Outland Trophy recognizes the country's outstanding interior lineman.
Last week, Lotulelei was cited on the watch list for Bednarik Award, which also honors the nation's top defensive player.
Lotulelei was the Pac-12's best defensive lineman in 2011, making first-team all-conference and winning the league's Morris Award. He has been named a preseason first-team All-American by Phil Steele and Blue Ribbon Football Yearbook and is Blue Ribbon's preseason Pac-12 Defensive Player of the Year. Some analysts have projected the 6'4", 325 pound senior as the No. 1 pick in the 2013 NFL draft.
