HIGH SCHOOL: Played for championship teams in both Texas (Euless Trinity HS) and Utah (Bingham HS) ... Euless Trinity was crowned the 2007 national champion, while Bingham won Utah 5A state titles in 2009 and 2010 ... first-team all-state in Utah as a junior and senior and honorable mention as a sophomore ... Euless Trinity's freshman MVP in 2007 ... 98 tackles, eight sacks, four forced fumbles and one fumble recovery as a junior ... 75 tackles and eight sacks as a senior at Bingham High ... earned three letters in football and two in wrestling ... placed fifth in the state in the heavyweight class in 2010.
