2008-09 Utah Men's Basketball Schedule

SALT LAKE CITY - University of Utah men's basketball single game and season ticket packages are now available for purchase at www.UtahUtes.com or by calling 801-581-UTIX. Season tickets start as low as $100 and single-game tickets can be purchased for as little as $7.

Head coach Jim Boylen has put together one of the toughest and most exciting schedules in team history. The Runnin' Utes will host several marquee opponents at the Huntsman Center in 2008-09, including Oregon (Dec. 3), California (Dec. 10), Gonzaga (Dec. 31) and LSU (Jan. 6).

The Utes have announced several new ticket packages designed to fit any lifestyle, including the Fantastic 4 Pack, the Family 4 Pack and the All U Can Eat Special.

"I am excited about our team and the opportunity we have this upcoming season," said Boylen. "We established a foundation last year and now have some momentum coming off our first postseason appearance in three years. I feel we have a strong team returning and arguably the toughest non-conference schedule in the Mountain West. It was important to me to play big non-conference games at the Huntsman and improve the overall game experience for the fans. We're trying to build something special here and we can't do it without them. I am very thankful for the support they've given us and I hope they will take advantage of the new ticket packages we have available this season. We're going to do our best to play a style of basketball that our fans can be proud of."

The Runnin' Utes will play an exhibition game at the Huntsman Center Saturday, Nov. 8, against Grand Valley State. Utah first regular season game will be played at home Saturday, Nov. 15, against Southwest Baptist. Tip-off for both games is scheduled for 2 p.m.
