Andre Miller scored 17 points to lead a balanced attack as sixth-ranked Utah recorded a 78-58 victory over NAIA school Azusa Pacific.
Drew Hansen added 15 points and Michael Doleac 10 for the Utes (9-0), who are off to their best start since a 10-0 run to open the 1964-65 season. It was just the second time Utah allowed more than 55 points in a game.
T.J. Walker scored 14 points and Jeremy DeVries added 12 for the Cougars (7-2), who are ranked 25th in the latest NAIA poll. Azusa Pacific arrived in Utah earlier today after losing Thursday to Cal State-Bakersfield, which is the top-ranked school in Division II.
