December 31, 2007 - McCarthey Athletic Center - Spokane, Wash.
Utah's loss snaps a three-game winning streak. The Utes have won three in a row twice this season.
Utah's 59 points in tonight's game accounted for its second-lowest output of the season. The Utes' lowest total was 57 in a 72-57 home loss to Santa Clara.
Utah set new season-high marks for 3-pointers made and attempted. The Runnin' Utes were 12-of-27 from beyond the arc. It was the second consecutive game for season-high marks on 3-point attempts. Utah shot 24 from behind the 3-point line against Idaho State on Dec. 27.
Utah's .407 shooting percentage was its lowest mark of the season. The Utes have been below 50 percent from the field for each of the last five games. Utah shot better than .500 in six of the first seven contests this year.
Luke Nevill missed his first four field goal attempts. He was 7-of-10 the rest of the way. Nevill's totals of 15 points and 8 rebounds were each one more than his season averages of 14.0 and 7.0.
Nevill is now just one board shy of the 500-rebound mark. He is just seven points shy of the 1,000-point mark. With one more rebound and seven more points, Nevill will become the 19th player in Utah history to reach both of those plateaus.
Luke Nevill reached double figures for the 11th time in 12 games this season. He now has 54 career double-digit performances.
Shaun Green was in double digits - season (4), career (34). Kepkay's double-digit scoring night was his 7th of the season and his Utah career. Bryant tallied double-figure scoring for the 53rd time in his career and the 8th time this season.
