-Junior forward Dijon Farr tied his career high of 16 points on 6-of-9 from the field and 2-of-3 from 3-point land, while collecting nine rebounds, to lead the Utes in both categories. He has now scored double figures in eight games this season. He was just one rebound shy of his first career double-double.
-Despite early foul trouble that limited him to just five minutes in the first half, junior center Jason Washburn scored 14 points on 4-of-6 from the field and 6-of-7 at the free throw line, hitting double figures for the fifth straight game, the 19th time this year and the 30th time in his career.
-Junior guard Chris Hines scored 12 points, including three 3-pointers, and made two steals. Hines has now scored double digits in six straight games and 10 of the last 11. It was his 16th time in double digits this season and the 24th of his career.
-Freshman guard Kareem Storey finished with a team-high five assists while scoring six points and collecting three rebounds. It was the ninth time this season he posted five or more assists in a game.
-Junior guard Cedric Martin finished the game with 10 points, two assists and one rebound. It was his 12th double digit game of the season.
-Utah outscored the Beavers 52-41 in the second half as the Utes racked up their highest point total in any half this season by a wide margin. Their previous best was 42 points in the second half on the road at Stanford on Jan. 12.
-Utah was outscored 40-22 in the paint. Oregon State has the two highest in-the-paint totals against this Utes this year, including 50 points the first time they met in Salt Lake City.
