• Utah is now 76-44 all-time vs. New Mexico. Tonight's game was the 120th meeting between the Utes and Lobos.
• Tyler Kepkay hit a 3-pointer for Utah's first basket. He entered the game second on the team in 3-pointers made, but had gone without a triple in Utah's previous two contests.
• Kepkay tied his career-high with 5 rebounds in the first half. He finished with six.
• Kepkay's four assists account for his most since dishing out six back on Nov. 14 at Washington.
• Utah is now 0-6 when trailing at halftime..
• Utah's 10-point halftime deficit was the largest the Utes have faced this season.
• After scoring just eight points in his last outing vs. BYU, Johnnie Bryant tallied nine in the first half vs. New Mexico. He finished with a season-high 25. Bryant recorded his 13th career 20-point game.
• He hit five 3-pointers (5-of-7) in the contest. It was 11th time this season he has made multiple triples.
• Bryant reached double figures for the 12th time this season and the 56th time in his career.
• Utah hasn't won in Albuquerque since 2002.
• Tonight's game marks the third straight overtime contest between Utah and New Mexico.
