-With the win, Utah moves to 3-1 in league play for the first time since the 2004-05 Utah squad went 4-0 in its first four games.
-With a career-high six blocks in the game, senior center Luke Nevill became Utah's all-time career leader in blocked shots (161). The previous record was held by Mitch Smith, who blocked 157 from 1985-89.
-Nevill scored 19 points in the contest to surpass Smith on the all-time scoring list at Utah as well, now taking over ninth place 1,640 career points. Nevill has scored in double figures in 17 of Utah's 18 games and has done so 91 times in 109 career contests.
-Senior guard Lawrence Borha (Staten Island, N.Y.) scored a season-high 20 points on 5-of-8 shooting, including 3-of-3 from three-point range. He also knocked down seven of his eight attempts from the free throw line. Borha has now hit 22 of his last 23 free throw attempts over the last five games.
-Sophomore forward Morgan Grim (Riverton, Utah) tied his career high with five rebounds and set a new season best mark with five points, while adding a blocked shot. He did so in a career-high tying 15 minutes of action.
-Sophomore guard Carlon Brown (Riverside, Calif.) had another stellar game, scoring 13 points, grabbing seven rebounds and handing out eight assists, while also blocking one shot.
-In Utah's three conference victories, the Utes have outscored their opponents 230-169, averaging a margin of victory of 20.3 points.
