FORT COLLINS, Colo. (AP) - Cory Lewis scored 19 points and Sean Morris had 18 to lead Colorado State to a 84-78 victory Saturday over Utah for the Rams' first Mountain West Conference win of the season.

Colorado State (12-4, 1-2 MWC) led 48-40 at halftime but Utah (8-7, 1-3) outscored CSU 15-7 to open the second half and tie the score 55-55.

Utah led 66-65 with 9:05 left after Chris Jackson tipped in a rebound. Utah got the ball back after Michael Harrison missed from beyond the arc for CSU, but Lewis stole the ball and scored to give the Rams a 67-66 lead.

With 6:37 left, Johnnie Bryant made a 3-pointer for Utah to tie it 69-69, but Lewis made a layup to give the Rams the lead for good.

Colorado State scored 23 points off Utah turnovers.

Bryant Markson led Utah with 19 points, six rebounds and five assists. Bryant scored 15 and Luke Nevill added 10.
