SALT LAKE CITY - The Mountain West Conference baseball series between the University of Utah and UNLV scheduled for Franklin Covey Field on April 25-27 has been moved to Lindquist Field in Ogden, Utah.

"We are excited about playing in Ogden," said Utah head coach Bill Kinneberg. "The Ogden Raptor club has been nice enough to open up its stadium so that we can play our three-game conference series with UNLV up there.

"We're looking forward to bringing college baseball to Ogden. It's a great town that supports its baseball, so we're excited to be the team that launches the 2008 season in Ogden."

The three-game series was moved because of a scheduling conflict at Franklin Covey Field with the Triple-A Salt Lake Bees.
