Sterling on why he chose Utah:
"I chose Utah because it is the right fit for me. Looking for the right fit athletically, socially, academically, and financially was what I wanted in a college and Utah clearly has all of those qualities."
Serra High School Coach Craig Gianinno on Sterling
"Neil is a physical and athletic kid who plays the game extremely hard, and has a motor that never stops. Neil has a very good approach with a combination of bat speed and power. He knows how to play the game and is relentless in his work ethic. Neil is an outfielder who provides options when putting a lineup out there."
