Nephi Tyler place 11th in the mile at the NCAA Championships.

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. - Utah's Nephi Tyler finished competition for the NCAA Championships on Saturday, March 15. Tyler, who has been one of Utah's best distance runners in 2003, capped off a terrific season by grabbing 11th in the mile and posting a 4:09.44 time.
"It was great to represent Utah at a national level," states Tyler. "There was a great atmosphere at the championship and it's hard to have a bad race under those conditions."
"Nephi had a successful race," states Head Cross Country Coach Brian Appell. "He finished off a successful indoor season with a great race at the championships."
