At Utah
2012 Cross Country:
Finished 69th at the NCAA Mountain Regional Championships with a personal-record six-kilometer time of 22:20.8 ... earned 79th at the Pac-12 Championships ... finished 16th at the Utah State Open ... named to Second-Team Pac-12 All-Academic.
2012 Outdoor Track:
Redshirt.
2012 Indoor Track:

2011 Cross Country:
Finished 105th at NCAA Mountain Region Championships with a time of 23:45.6 ... finished 87th at Pac-12 Conference Championships ... earned eighth at Utah State Open with a time of 17:56 ... was the 11th overall finisher at BYU Autumn Classic with a time of 18:53 ... claimed the 11th spot at UNLV Invitational.
High School:
Four-time state qualifier in cross country ... finished fourth at the state cross country championships in junior and senior seasons ... earned team's MVP award three consecutive years ... received all-state accolades 12 times (eight in track and four in cross country) ... earned eight academic all-state awards ... personal bests include: 400m (58.6 seconds), 800m (2:14), 1600m (5:03), 3200m (11:28), and three mile (18:01) ... member of National Honor Society.
