2012 Outdoor Track:
Earned 15th in the 400m hurdles at the Pac-12 Conference Championships with a time of 1:01.25 ... won 400m hurdles title with a time of 1:01.21 at the UVU Open ... finished eighth in the 400m at the Arizona State Invitational with a time of 57.40 seconds.
2012 Indoor Track:
Finished sixth in the 400m at the Boise State Open, clocking a time of 57.46 seconds.
2011 Outdoor Track:
Clocked a 56.57 in the 400m to earn 11th place at the Mountain West Conference Outdoor Championships ... finished second in the 400m hurdles with a time of 1:03.02 at the UVU Invitational ... earned 25th in the 200m clocking a time of 25.76 at Arizona State Invitational.
2011 Indoor Track:
Finished in the top 10 of every race competed in during the season ... posted a fourth-place finish in the 200m with a season-best time of 25.39 at the Mountain States Games ... ran the 400m segment a clocked a personal-best split time of 54.2 seconds on the school-record setting distance medley relay at Alex Wilson Invitational ... earned ninth place in the 400m with a season-best time of 56.29 at the MWC Indoor Championships ... finished second in the 400m at the Bronco Open clocking a time of 56.56.

Current personal-bests include 55.14 in the 400m run and a time of 39.94 in the 300m, which broke the Manitoba Provincial record ... was a gold medalist at the 2009 Canadian Juniors in P.E.1 ... was a semifinalist in the 400m run in 2008 at the IAAF World Youth Championships in Poland and a fourth-place finisher at the Commonwealth Youth Games ... won the gold medal in 2007 in the women's 400m run at the Western Canada Summer Games and also represented Canada at the IAAF World Youth Championships in Ostrava, Czech Republic.
