Adam Oliver was named MWC Swimmer of the Week.

University of Utah swimmer Adam Oliver was named the Mountain West Conference Swimmer of the Week on Wednesday. Oliver, a sophomore, was on the winning 3x100 backstroke and 3x500 freestyle relays at the Beehive Relays last Friday. Two days later against Denver, he went on to win the 1,000 and 500 freestyle events for the Utes with times of 9:47.88 and 4:46.46, respectively.
Next up for the Utes is a meet against UC San Diego on Saturday, Oct. 28, in La Jolla, Calif.
