Gold Medal Swimmers To Visit Utah

SALT LAKE CITY - The chance to see some of the top swimmers in the world hasn't gone by yet!

Tickets still remain for Disney's Swim with the Stars event slated for this Friday, Sept. 24 at the Ute Natatorium. In fact, there will be an opportunity for select patrons to upgrade to VIP tickets on the day of the event. A VIP ticket reserves a front-row seat and the opportunity to meet the performers.

The event will be held from 7-9 p.m., with doors opening at 6 p.m. Seating is on a first-come-first-serve basis. All tickets are general admission and cost $30 with a limit of four per person. Call 581-UTIX or visit www.utahtickets.com for more information on ticket sales.

The tour features Olympic medalists Michael Phelps, Lenny Krayzelburg and Ian Crocker in an intimate setting as they showcase their unparalleled accomplishments, demonstrate their strokes and relive the races that won them gold.

"Swim with the Stars" is an 11-city, coast-to-coast tour that begins in Walt Disney World in Orlando, Fla., and ends in Disneyland in Anaheim, Calif. Stops are also planned for Atlanta, Ga., Washington, D.C., Long Island, N.Y., Chicago, Ill., Dallas, Texas, Denver, Colo., Seattle, Wash., and San Francisco, Calif.
