Sophomore Rachael Curci to compete at summer nationals.

SALT LAKE CITY -
Utah sophomore swimmer Rachael Curci will compete at the 2004 USA Swimming ConocoPhillips Summer National Championships, August 3-8 in Palo Alto, Calif.
Curci a first-time national qualifier, will swim the 1,500 meter freestyle on August 8. The 2004 Mountain West Conference champion in the 1,650 freestyle as a freshman, Curci broke the school record with a time of 16:43.03.
The native of Clinton Township, Mich., has spent the summer training at altitude in Salt Lake City while competing for the Cottonwood Heights Aquatics Team.
