Junior Anna Kocken and sophomore Julie Bordeau claimed podium finishes in the slalom Saturday to help the Utes clinch the Seawolf Invitational title at the Alyeska Ski Resort.

Senior Tii-Maria Romar earned her second victory of the season and the University of Utah ski team picked up its third consecutive team victory of the 2012 season as it wrapped up the Alaska Anchorage Invitational title.

The University of Utah will induct two former Ute athletes and a pair of former coaches into the Crimson Club Hall of Fame on Monday, April 23 at Energy Solutions Arena. Honored at the 2012 Hall of Fame induction ceremony will be Norma Carr (softball and volleyball coach/administrator), Bente Dahlum (skiing), Ron McBride (football coach) and Keith Van Horn (basketball).

Sophomore Jaime DuPratt posted her first career victory in the women's giant slalom race and junior Miles Havlick took third in the men's 10km freestyle race Thursday during the first day of the Seawolf Invitational.

The Utes are in first place in the UAA Invite with 718 total points after accumulating a meet-high 248 points after today's first Alpine event, the giant slalom. Utah leads defending national champion Colorado by 97 points, heading into the final discipline of the event, the slalom, which will be held on Friday.
