As an integral part of the University and the community, the Athletics Department complements and supports the overall mission of the University. The Athletics Department seeks to provide the means for all student-athletes—regardless of gender, race, national and/or ethnic origin, religion, sexual orientation or disability—to reach their full potential academically and athletically, while also becoming positive contributors to society.
The Athletics Department supports the University’s objective of creating a diverse community by attracting a staff in which women and persons of color are well represented.
